PRODUCT STRATEGIST — EVERNORTH HEALTH, CIGNA

I collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform healthcare experiences for over 170M individuals globally. My role involves leveraging data-driven insights to craft personalized product and communication experiences that engage customers and drive outcomes. I ensure clinical content integrity, aligning with evidence-based guidelines, and contribute to evolving content design processes for scalable and personalized healthcare solutions.

LEAD PRODUCT DESIGNER, UX/UI — HANDZIN

Re-designing V3 of Handzin’s medical SaaS CRM, resulting in an increase in clinical client usability. Working with an agile cross-functional team, I focus on market research, user studies, and best practices to redesign the software’s workflows and interface to best serve our rapidly expanding user base.

PROJECT MANAGER — EXPRESSIVE ARTS PLACE

Spearheaded the design and development of a successful B2B2C mental health app, securing key partnerships and stakeholders. My systems and design solutions improved clinical communications and productivity, while scaling online program accessibility for users.

In addition, I led the successful rebranding of the agency and implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and client acquisition, including securing partnerships in education.

CO-FOUNDER, LEAD PRODUCT MANAGER — IDEA WAVE CO-LAB

Led the end-to-end design of an educational SaaS application, resulting in a user-friendly web app prototype that increased user retention and enjoyment by 60%. By facilitating design studios and collaborative team discussions, I presented research and data-driven design decisions to cross-discipline team members and funders, resulting in successful funding and a 55% increase in app downloads.
